How can I change to annual/monthly billing?

To change your plan's billing period from the web:

  • Go to the settings page by clicking on your account name in the top left corner
  • Open Billing
  • Click Change plan
  • Go to your plan and click on 'Switch to annual' or 'Switch to monthly'

On the mobile app:

  • Head to Home
  • Tap on your profile on the top left corner
  • On your profile page tap Billing
  • Tap Change plan
  • Go to your plan and tap 'Switch to annual' or 'Switch to monthly'

Note: you can only schedule a billling change for the end of your current billing cycle.
