Statement for my Merchant account

If you have an active Merchant account, you can download a sales statement or a transaction statement for that account:

  • Go to 'Merchant' on the main menu
  • Select 'Statements'
  • Choose the Merchant statement you need
  • Select the dates and filters you want to apply to the statement
  • Click on 'Generate' to download the document

Can't access statements

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access
