Why is my balance incorrect on QuickBooks?

If you see 0 or incorrect account balance in QuickBooks: 

  1. Go to your QuickBooks account
  2. Try tapping ‘Update’ in the transactions screen
  3. Try logging out and logging back into your account
  4. If the problem persists, please reach out to QuickBooks support
