Why haven't I received my Referral campaign reward?

Pending payments

The referee and business you referred must complete all the necessary steps before the Referrals campaign deadline. Card payments may be delayed transitioning from 'pending' to 'completed'. As long as the transaction was made before the deadline, you'll receive the reward, even if it's processed after the deadline.

Referral not eligible 

The most common reasons for not receiving the reward are:

  • The person you referred didn't follow your link (you won't see them in your 'Active referrals' list)
  • The person you referred didn't meet our eligibility criteria

For T&Cs go to 'Referrals' main screen, scroll down, and choose 'Terms & conditions'.

Reward received in another account

Check the account you've chosen to receive the reward to — you may have selected your personal Revolut account in error.
