How to change or cancel my subscription plan
- Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select 'Billing'
- Hit 'Change plan' to view and select the plan you'd like to change to
- Choose between annual or monthly payment options
- Start your plan instantly or schedule it for the end of the current billing cycle
We don't offer no-cost plans. There is no limit to how often you can change your plan.
Important information about Metal cards
If you're switching to a plan that offers fewer complementary Metal cards, you must pay EUR 57.99 (or equivalent currency) for any additional Metal card ordered within the last 3 months. Alternatively, you can wait until after 3 months of the Metal cards being issued, switch to the lower-tier plan, and keep the Metal card without any fees.
