Update website in Merchant account

If your website domain changes, you need to update it on your Merchant account. Here’s how:

If you're on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Go to 'Business account' on the left menu
  3. Select 'Merchant profile', then 'Online presence'
  4. Delete the old business website and type in a new one
  5. Hit 'Save'

If you're not on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Settings' by clicking on your profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Go to 'Account & documents'
  3. Select 'Merchant profile', then 'Online presence'
  4. Delete the old business website and type in a new one
  5. Hit 'Save'
