Expenses not syncing to QuickBooks Online

Completed expenses will automatically be synced to QuickBooks Online.

If the expense data isn’t automatically syncing to QuickBooks Online, check the following:

  • Your Revolut Business account is linked to your QuickBooks Online account
  • Expense sync is enabled
  • Expenses have been completed and are marked as 'Exported'

If the expense data is still not syncing:

  1. Go to 'Expenses'  
  2. Click on '...' next to 'Settings'
  3. Click on 'Export to QuickBooks Online' (to manually restart the sync of any unexported expenses)

You can also try reconnecting the QuickBooks Online integration itself:

  1. Go to 'Hub' from the 'Home' screen
  2. Go to the 'QuickBooks' app
  3. Click on the 'Settings' icon in the top-right
  4. Select 'Disconnect'
  5. Then, in the 'Hub', select the QuickBooks app
  6. Click 'Get' and you'll be redirected to the QuickBooks Online page to complete the integration

Only expenses made after the QuickBooks Online expenses sync was enabled will be synced to QuickBooks Online. Such expenses are marked with 'Configured for QuickBooks Online' at the top.
