If any device was lost, stolen, or may be at risk, follow the below steps where possible to help secure your account.

You don't have access to your account

  • Tap this link to report a lost device
  • Verify your identity with a selfie
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to log out from all linked devices, freeze your cards temporarily, and change your passcode

You still have access to your account

In the Revolut mobile app:

  • From the home screen, tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Tap 'Security'
  • Tap 'Lost device'
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to log out from all linked devices, freeze your cards temporarily, and change your passcode

In the Revolut web app:

  • Sign in to the Revolut web app
  • Click 'Security' from the menu on the left
  • Click 'Lost device'
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to log out from all linked devices, freeze your cards temporarily, and change your passcode
