Each team member invited to join the Revolut Business account needs to complete a quick identity verification procedure.

Steps to verify a new team member

The invitee must complete all verification steps in a single live session.

1. The owner or admin of the account invites a colleague via the Team tab in-app
2. The invitee receives an email invitation and accepts the invitation
3. The invitee needs to create a login account and fill in their personal details
4. Team members invited with Admin and Accountant roles have to verify their identity with an ID and provide a video selfie. See requirements for identity verification

If an incorrect document is submitted, delete the invited profile in Team tab, and invite them again.

How long will verification take?

The estimated time for verifying your identity is up to 24 hours. If you don’t receive an email confirming your verification is complete, have a look in your Home tab to ensure you have no additional request from us.
