To open a Revolut Business account, your business must be officially and fully incorporated.

Information required to verify your business

• Registered name
• Legal form
• Address of registration
• Trading name
• Registration date
• Incorporation number

Supported documents

• Registry Extract not older than 3 months
• Articles of Association
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Articles of Incorporation
• Audited Annual Report for the most recently completed financial year
• Memorandum of Association
• Document from the stock exchange, a regulator, or an official licence
• Partnership Agreement (for partnerships only)

Certifying your documents

If we’re unable to verify your business information through publicly available sources, we’ll require a certified document to verify your business information. You can read more about certification in this FAQ

How long will the verification take?

The business verification process can take up to 24 hours. After this timeframe, if you don’t receive an email from us confirming the completion of your verification, please check the in-app Home tab to make sure you have no pending requests for information.
