Why is my outbound transfer still showing in "Pending" status?

There are a number of reasons why your outgoing transfers may be displayed as “pending” for a while:

  • Your transaction might still be being processed by our system, which can take up to 24 hours, or if it is a bank holiday;
  • Our team in charge of transfers is checking that transaction, in compliance with certain regulations and to guarantee the safety of your funds, which can take a 3-5 days;
  • Or we may need some extra information from the receiving party. If only we do need any more details from you, a request notification is sent.

In some situations we are not able to clarify how long it might take to release funds.

Always make sure the recipient account details are correct.
