How to freeze or unfreeze a card

Freeze your card

  • Go to 'Cards'
  • Choose your card
  • Select 'Freeze'

Any card payments attempted with this card will be declined.

Unfreeze my card

  • Go to 'Cards'
  • Choose your card
  • Select 'Unfreeze'

If you’re unable to unfreeze the card, you’ll need to contact the account admin.
