Why is my document not matched to an expense?

Your uploaded file may not match any expenses because:

  • The expense has already been submitted and cannot be edited anymore. We only match against non-submitted expenses.
  • Sometimes scanning and matching technology isn't 100% accurate. It's always learning, and its accuracy will improve over time.

If the document isn't matched automatically:

  1. Go to Expenses
  2. Select unmatched receipt → Match manually
  3. Select the expense you want to attach the file to.
