Why isn't my Revolut Reader appearing in the scanning menu?

If Revolut Reader is not appearing in the scanning menu, check this:

  • Reader has enough battery and is switched on.
  • You have installed latest version of Business App.
  • You have enabled access to Bluetooth.
  • Location services permission granted (Android only).

If you're still having problems after checking the points mentioned above, restart the Revolut Reader and reinstall the Revolut Business app.
