Report lost or stolen card

My card is lost or stolen

Replace your card in-app:

  1. Go to 'Cards'
  2. Select the relevant card and 'Settings'
  3. Scroll down and click 'Replace & terminate card permanently'

You can start using your replacement card right away with Apple Pay or Google Pay. To learn more, read this FAQ in our Help Centre.

My card has been used fraudulently

Report fraudulent payments:

  1. Go to transactions
  2. Select the relevant fraudulent transaction and 'Get help'
  3. Select 'Report this payment as fraudulent' and 'Raise claim'
  4. Follow the prompts to enter information

Raising a claim will terminate your card to ensure it can no longer be used fraudulently. Once your claim is submitted, you don't need to take any further action. We'll get in touch about the progress of your claim.
