Why haven't I received my Referral campaign reward?

The referee and business you referred have to complete all necessary steps before the campaign deadline. Card payments may have delays in transitioning from 'pending' to 'completed'. As long as the transaction was made before the deadline, you will still receive the reward, even if it is processed after the deadline.

The most common reason for not receiving the reward is either the person you referred didn't follow your link (if so, you won't see them in your active referrals list) or they didn't meet the eligibility criteria.
