My team member can't log in
If your team member is having difficulty logging into their account, they should try the following:
- Reset password (web) or passcode (mobile app)
- Set browser to incognito or private mode before logging in
- Clear browser cache and enable pop-ups
- Try a different browser
Team members should also double-check that they've downloaded the Revolut Business app (black icon) rather than the personal Revolut app (white icon). If they are sure they've downloaded Revolut Business, they should also make sure they have the latest version downloaded. They can also delete and re-install the app, which may help them log in successfully. If they've recently changed their phone number, they'll need to contact our Support team to update the number on their account.
