Download a transfer confirmation

  1. Find the transfer in your transaction history
  2. Tap on the transfer
  3. Tap 'Download' next to 'Confirmation'
  4. Save or share the PDF

Transfer confirmations will be downloaded in the same language as your app and will include the MT-103 document for international SWIFT transfers.

It’s not possible to download a transfer confirmation for failed transfers, or transfers from joint accounts.
