You can check the reason your Direct Debit failed or was reverted by tapping on it in your transaction list.
Dispute a Direct Debit
Tap on the Direct Debit in your transaction list and choose the option that best matches your issue, such as incorrectly charged, duplicated, or unrecognised charges. You can then follow the prompts to dispute the Direct Debit.
Insufficient funds for a Direct Debit
If there's not enough money in your account or assigned pocket, the Direct Debit will fail. You can contact the merchant to trigger the Direct Debit again, or otherwise initiate a one-time regular bank transfer.
