Sending money with a payment link
Payment links are a secure way to send or receive money without sharing personal information or account details.
They can also be used to send money to a card, bank account, or Revolut account, and to request money from a card, external bank account, or a Revolut account. To learn about requesting money with a payment link, visit this FAQ.
How to create a payment link
In the Revolut app:
- Go to 'Payments' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'New' (the plus sign) in the top-right corner
- Tap 'Create a payment link'
- Select 'Send money'
- Set the amount to send
Timeframes
When you send money, the recipient will have 7 days to accept your payment. If unclaimed, the money will automatically be returned to your account.
Limits
There are no limits to sending money via payment links.
