Working from home
The documents you submit should be dated within the last 3 months, unless otherwise mentioned below. They should also mention your name or the name of any director or significant owner of the company (>25% of shares). We accept the following proof documents:
- A utility bill (i.e. water, power, landline phone, internet)
- A council tax bill
- A television licence
- A bill related to a courier's delivery of parcels, court documents, or fines delivered to the operating address
- Card delivery to your operating address
Working from my family's home
If you live with a first-degree relative (e.g. a parent, spouse, or sibling) and you don't have documents in your name or your company's name to verify your operating address, you can submit utility bills or a rental agreement under their name, along with a consent letter signed by the 1st degree relative stating that your business operates from the stated address.
If you're onboarding, you can also choose card delivery as a method to verify your operating address. See this FAQ for more details.
