Ausstehende Einzahlungen bei Krypto

You can see the reason why your deposit is pending on the transaction details screen.

To see the status of your deposit:

  1. Go to 'Crypto' on the bottom menu
  2. Scroll to your transactions list or select the crypto you deposited
  3. Find your deposit transaction
  4. Tap on it to see the details of pending reason

Your crypto deposit could be pending for a number of reasons. 

Internal checks

Revolut performs automatic internal checks on every deposit, which are typically completed within minutes. However, in rare cases where additional information is needed, the process can take up to 5 working days.

If we need more information about your deposit, a banner will appear on your home screen. You can tap and follow the steps on screen to provide what's requested. Once you submit the information, it may take up to 3 working days for us to verify it.

Deposit is below minimum threshold

If your deposit is below the required minimum, it won't be added to your balance right away.

To fix this:

  • Make another deposit in the same cryptocurrency and on the same network to meet the minimum amount
  • Deposits on different networks won't count toward the same minimum. For example, if you made a deposit on the Tron network, adding funds on the Ethereum network won't help meet the minimum requirement
  • The total balance will be credited in one consolidated deposit once the minimum is reached
  • There is no time limit to meet the minimum deposit requirement

Deposit not yet confirmed on the blockchain

If your deposit isn't confirmed on the blockchain, you can track its status using the transaction hash on a blockchain explorer. If a transaction remains in 'Confirming' or 'Pending' status for too long, it may be due to low network fees. 

Blockchain settlement can take anywhere from a few minutes to 2 hours, depending on the network's activity. The amount of confirmations we require to consider a transfer final varies per blockchain.

To see details on the blockchain explorer:

  1. Go to 'Crypto' on the bottom menu
  2. Scroll down to select your transaction or select the crypto you are depositing and find your pending transaction there
  3. Tap 'Blockchain hash'
  4. Choose 'View my transaction' to see details on the blockchain explorer
