Add money with PayTo
How to link your bank account with PayTo
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'Add money'
- Under the amount, select the 'Payment method' dropdown
- Select 'PayTo' and 'Done'
- Enter the amount (this will be used for your first top-up)
- Tap 'Continue'
- Enter your PayID or bank details
- Tap 'Accept and continue'
- Complete the request with your external bank
We'll send your bank an 'Ad hoc' PayTo agreement that requires your approval. This agreement enables you to add money at your convenience using PayTo up to a maximum amount.
How to add money with PayTo
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'Add money'
- Under the amount, select the 'Payment method' dropdown
- Select 'PayTo' and 'Done'
- Enter the amount
- Tap 'Continue'
How to remove linked PayTo account
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'Add money'
- Under the amount, select the 'Payment method' dropdown
- Tap the info icon next to a saved PayTo method
- Select 'Remove method' and 'Yes, remove' to confirm
You can always cancel the PayTo agreement directly in your linked bank account's application.
