Exchange rate for my fiat currency exchange is wrong
The exchange from your BRL account to USD will follow BEXS Banco de Cambio rates. During business hours, we'll charge you 1% of the spread rate + 1.1% for IOF (Tax under Financial Operations). Outside business hours, we'll charge an additional 0.5% fee on top of the 1% spread rate + 1.1% of IOF (Tax under Financial Operations).
For other currencies: Exchange rates are determined based on the foreign exchange market data feeds that we get from a range of different independent sources.
