Send (withdraw) crypto to an external address

A crypto withdrawal is a transaction that allows you to transfer your crypto to an external wallet or exchange via a blockchain. It's an 'on-chain' transaction, which is irreversible.

We only support sending to external wallets for certain cryptocurrencies on certain blockchain networks. To learn more about supported tokens and networks, go to this FAQ.

Send crypto to an external address

In your Revolut app:

  1. Go to 'Crypto' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap 'Send'
  3. Choose the cryptocurrency you'd like to send
  4. Select one of the already added compatible wallets or tap 'New' to add a new address. You can also paste a new wallet address in the search bar to proceed
  5. Enter the amount you want to send or withdraw and tap 'Send'
  6. Review the transfer, check the details and network
  7. Tap 'Send' to confirm

Double-check beneficiary address and network

Check that the recipient address is accurate by starting with a small transaction amount. We can't retrieve funds sent to an incorrect address or on a network not compatible with the address you selected.

Sending crypto can't be reversed

After confirming the transaction, you can't cancel or reverse it (even if the status of the transaction is pending).

Limits and fees of crypto withdrawals

Crypto withdrawals are subject to limits and fees. To check your crypto withdrawal limits:

  1. Go to 'Crypto' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap 'More'
  3. Tap 'Limits and fees'
  4. Go to 'Sending limits'

You can also read more about withdrawal limits and fees in this FAQ section. If you have a problem with your withdrawal, check this FAQ section.
