Merchant chargebacks fees

When a customer raises a chargeback, we debit you the original transaction amount plus a chargeback fee, and hold these funds until the case is resolved. The fee is taken from your Merchant account as soon as the chargeback is created. It’s only returned if you win the chargeback. Find chargeback fees in the Revolut Business fees page.
