Typically, ‌delivery takes 2 business days once the Revolut Terminal has been shipped. To get an update on your terminal's delivery, use the tracking link in the email confirmation we sent you or check the Order History

Once you've ordered a Revolut Terminal, we'll verify that your Merchant account is updated and eligible. If no information is required, or your information is already verified, the Revolut Terminal will be shipped right away.

You won't be charged until everything is approved and the device is shipped to you. If we need more information about your business, we'll let you know by email and you'll see an in-app banner explaining that more information is required. You can click this banner to submit the information.

If you experience any delivery delays or need to change your delivery address, contact the carrier directly via the tracking link.
