Reporting with Revolut Terminal

Revolut Terminal offer several ways to access transaction reports across different platforms — directly on the device, via the Revolut Business Merchant section, and through Revolut POS.

These options provide comprehensive insights into your sales and payments, though their formats vary slightly by platform.

Transactions are aggregated by location, so all payments processed at a single location appear together in reports.

Reports on the Revolut Terminal

You can get a detailed sales and transaction overview right on your Revolut Terminal. To access this overview:

  • Go to 'More'
  • Select 'Reports on the terminal'
  • Enter your terminal passcode and confirm
  • Filter results by date/time range
  • View on screen or print the report from the top-right corne

Reports in Revolut Business account

Within the Revolut Business Merchant section:

  • Go to 'Merchant'
  • Select Transactions (linked on the right side in the 'Available balance' widget)
  • Export a detailed transaction report including fields such as date/time, state, type, amount, settlement currency, fees, location name, payment method, and terminal hardware ID

Additional reports are available under Statements. For example, reconciliation statements (list of settled transactions and balance changes) and sales statements (summary of financial activity across merchant accounts).

Through the Revolut POS web portal under 'Orders', you can access transactions for all or individual locations with details including:

  • Order number
  • Status and date
  • Location
  • Payment type and amount
