How to activate Verifactu?
You can enable Verifactu (VERI*FACTU), Spain’s electronic invoicing verification system introduced by the AEAT, for your in-person transactions. This optional feature helps ensure your invoices meet local fiscal requirements while keeping your reporting accurate and compliant.
Activation steps
- Log in to Revolut POS web portal and go to 'Settings'
- Open 'Integrations' and click 'Connect' next to Verifactu
- Verify details including legal name, VAT, email, and registered address. Update as needed.
- Read and accept the Verifactu terms.
Once activated, make sure all products have a tax rate assigned to avoid invoicing issues. Read this FAQ to know more.
Manage your e-invoices
Invoices can be managed in 'Settings', under 'Documents' or via the 'Orders' tab of Revolut POS web portal. Select an order to view or interact with its related invoice.
Filtering options include status (fiscalised, not fiscalised, voided), type (invoice or credit note), as well as time range, amount, and locations to help you quickly find specific invoices.
Available actions let you issue corrections for missing data or edits by clicking 'Issue correction', re-submit corrected invoices using the same option, and view receipts or voided invoices directly from the order.
Manage the Verifactu integration
You can disconnect Verifactu as you need.
- Go to 'Settings'
- Select 'Integrations'
- Select 'Verifactu', click '…', then 'Disconnect'
- Confirm the action
Go to 'Settings', select 'Integrations', select 'Verifactu', and click 'Reconnect' to restore the integration if needed.
