Directors' structure verification

How to verify your directors’ structure

You can find the list of eligible documents in your application menu in your Home tab. Once you've submitted the documents, please allow us 24 hours to verify them and get back to you.

Document requirements

  • All documents must contain the names of all directors
  • All documents should be dated as per the specific guidelines listed below

Accepted documents

  • Registry Extract not older than 3 months
  • Articles of Association
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Audited Annual Report for the most recently ended financial year
  • Memorandum of Association
  • Partnership Agreement (only for Partnerships)


We might require a certified copy of the documents as a true copy. The certification requirement can be waived if you can share a publicly accessible link to the provided document for our verification.
