Need a hand?

While our Relevé d'identité bancaire (RIB) is formatted differently from other banks, you'll be able to find all your usual account data on it, so you can provide it to your suppliers or any other government entities.

• Go to 'Home' on the main menu
• Click the three dots '...' beside your balance and select 'Statements'
• Choose 'Account confirmation'
• Select the date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
• Click 'Generate' to download a file, or 'Share' to send the statement via email

Documents are generated in the same language in the 'Appearance' settings of your Business app.

We highly recommend protecting your statement with a password.

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access.
