Cancel my loan

Cancel an ongoing loan application

Tapping the 'X' icon in the top-left corner of an ongoing loan application will save your progress, allowing you to resume at a later time (by tapping ‘Resume application’), or cancel (by tapping ‘Cancel application’).

If you want to cancel an ongoing application from your home screen, tap ‘Accounts’ under your balance → under ‘Credit’, select the loan → on the ‘Application in progress’ window, hit ‘Cancel application’.

You can't cancel an application that has already been submitted. However, you can still change the loan duration or amount or reject the offer, once the review of your application is complete and you receive a notification about the outcome.

Withdraw from loan after signing the agreement

According to the French regulations (Article L312-19 of the Code de la Consommation), you have the right to withdraw from the personal loan agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting, or the date you received the conditions of your credit agreement, whichever is later.

  • Withdrawal within the first 7 days: Under Art. L312-25, loan funds are held in a mandatory cooling-off freeze and aren't released until Day 8. If you withdraw within these first 7 days, the contract is canceled instantly. No funds are exchanged, and no fees are required.
  • Withdrawal between Day 8 and Day 14: If you withdraw after funds are credited to your account, you must return the full principal. Under Art. L312-26, you must also pay daily accrued interest calculated from the day you received the funds until the exact date you return them.

Repayment Deadline

You must return these funds in full as a single payment without delay, and at the latest within 30 calendar days from your withdrawal request. Paying in monthly installments is no longer an option for a withdrawn contract.

Failure to meet this deadline will result in the entire outstanding balance becoming overdue and you'll enter arrears (with penalties beginning to accrue). Arrears may be reported to the Credit Bureau and impact your ability to access credit in the future.

Pay off the loan after 14 days of the contract date

If you want to pay off your loan early, you can make a full early repayment. You’ll pay the outstanding balance, and any interest accrued since your last payment. Learn more in this FAQ.
