Refinancing Revolut loans using external funds

How do I repay my loan in full?

The lending bank can transfer the refinance loan amount to your Revolut current account. Then, you can initiate a full early loan repayment directly within your Revolut app. Learn more about full early loan repayments in this FAQ.

What information is needed for the transfer?

You'll need your Revolut current account details, including your account number and sort code (or IBAN/BIC for international transfers). You can find these details on your home screen, by tapping ‘Details’ below your current account balance.

Can I use a bank cheque to pay off my Revolut loan?

Unfortunately, we don't accept bank cheques for loan repayments — we only accept bank transfers as they allow us to process funds and settle loans quickly.

My bank already sent a cheque. What should I do?

We’re unable to accept or process loan repayments by cheque. In such a situation, Article L131-35 of the French Monetary and Financial Code allows you to stop payment on the grounds that the cheque(s) have been lost.

This opposition procedure must be carried out with the issuing bank and will prevent the cheque(s) from being cashed if they are eventually presented to your bank.
