I can't log in on my mobile app
A passcode is a number combination used to log in to your mobile app, and it's different from the password you use to log into the web app.
If you don't remember your passcode
- Open your Revolut Business mobile app (the app with a white R and black background)
- On the login screen, tap 'Forgot your passcode?'
- Enter your email address
- You must open the email on the same device to reset your passcode
First-time login on a new mobile device
- Download Revolut Business mobile app (Android, Apple) – make sure it's not the personal Revolut app
- Open the Business app and select 'Log in'
- Enter your email address and password
- You may be asked for a quick selfie
- You'll receive an email to verify your email address — open that email on the same device and follow the instructions there
- Set a new passcode, or enter your passcode if you have logged in from another mobile device before
If you've logged in on this mobile device before
- Open the Revolut Business app and select 'Log in'
- Enter your email address
- Enter your passcode
- You'll receive an email to verify your email address — follow the instructions there
