I can't log in on my mobile app

A passcode is a number combination used to log in to your mobile app, and it's different from the password you use to log into the web app.

If you don't remember your passcode

  1. Open your Revolut Business mobile app (the app with a white R and black background)
  2. On the login screen, tap 'Forgot your passcode?'
  3. Enter your email address
  4. You must open the email on the same device to reset your passcode

First-time login on a new mobile device

  1. Download Revolut Business mobile app (Android, Apple) – make sure it's not the personal Revolut app
  2. Open the Business app and select 'Log in'
  3. Enter your email address and password
  4. You may be asked for a quick selfie
  5. You'll receive an email to verify your email address — open that email on the same device and follow the instructions there
  6. Set a new passcode, or enter your passcode if you have logged in from another mobile device before

If you've logged in on this mobile device before

  1. Open the Revolut Business app and select 'Log in'
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your passcode
  4. You'll receive an email to verify your email address — follow the instructions there
