Only the manager can choose to upgrade or downgrade the Duo bundle plan tier. If the Duo manager changes the tier of the Duo bundle, the member’s current subscription to the Duo bundle automatically ends. They'll have to accept an invitation to join the new Duo bundle tier.

The member will get an in-app notification and will have 14 days (the 'notice period') to decide whether or not to accept the invitation for the new Duo bundle tier. They can choose to stay on the same paid plan the Duo bundle was previously on, but they'll have to pay individual plan fees.

If the member doesn't make a decision within the notice period, they’ll automatically be charged for the paid plan tier they're currently on as part of the Duo bundle, as per our Fees Page. During the notice period, the member will still benefit from the services linked to their Duo bundle plan.

The manager can decide to end the Duo bundle by downgrading to the Standard plan. If the plan manager ends the Duo bundle by downgrading to Standard, the member’s subscription to the Duo bundle will automatically end.

The member will receive an in-app notification and will have 14 days (the 'notice period') to decide if they wish to continue on the same tier paid plan as the Duo bundle, downgrade to Standard, or wish to switch to another paid plan. Plan fees apply if they choose a paid plan.

If the member doesn't decide within the notice period, they’ll automatically be charged for the paid plan tier they're currently on with the Duo bundle, as per our Fees Page. During the notice period, the member will still be able to benefit from the services linked to their Duo bundle subscription.

The member can decide to end their subscription to the Duo bundle at any time, but this won't cause the Duo bundle to end.

If the member changes their paid plan tier, or ends their subscription to the Duo bundle, they’ll no longer be part of the Duo bundle. The manager can then invite another member to the Duo bundle, or choose to cancel the Duo bundle.
