What is the gambling block?

The gambling block will block transactions identified as gambling. This can include payments to bookmakers, online casinos, and sports betting apps. This block is disabled by default. To enable this block:

1. Go to your 'Profile' (top left of the 'Home' screen)
2. Tap 'Security & privacy'
3. Toggle 'Gambling block' on (or off)
4. Tap 'Yes' to confirm

We'll do our best to identify and block these transactions, but Revolut isn't liable for any successful transactions.

Gambling block timeframes

Once enabled, the gambling block will be active and block transactions immediately.

If you choose to disable it, you'll need to wait up to 48 hours before the block is deactivated and gambling transactions are allowed again.
