How to send a transfer
Send a transfer to a new recipient
- Go to 'Transfers' on the main menu
- Click 'Send money'
- Click the 'New' button and select the recipient type
- Enter required recipient details
To add a reference to your transfer, click 'Reference' field below the amount you want to send. Always double-check the recipient's account details. Details may vary depending on the currency of the transfer. If you're in doubt regarding the details, it's always best to reach out to the recipient directly.
How to send a transfer in different currencies
To send a transfer in a different currency to an existing recipient, you'll need to add new currency account details for them.
- Go to 'Transfers' on the main menu
- Web: select 'Recipients' on the left menu. Mobile: tap the people icon in the top-right
- Select a recipient
- Click 'Add new' and add the recipient's account details for another currency
To delete the recipient, select a recipient, click '...' button and 'Delete'.
Supported recipient countries and currencies
When you're entering the recipient's details, you'll find all supported countries and currencies in the dropdown list. If you can't find a specific country or currency in the list, then we don't support it for sending transfers.
Add new card details for your recipient
- Go to 'Transfers' on the main menu
- Web: select 'Recipients' on the left menu. Mobile: tap the people icon in the top-right
- Select a recipient
- Click 'Add new' and add holder's first and last names
You can't add cards for business recipients at the moment.
Who can send a bank transfer?
If you're not able to manage a recipient or send transfers, it's possible you don't have the permissions you need to manage or send transfers. Contact your Business account owner or admin to change your permissions.
