Transfers made by mistake

If you made a mistake, e.g., sent to the wrong card, sent a duplicate in error, or sent the wrong amount, the bank may be willing to correct the transfer.

Contact receiving bank

Please ask the beneficiary to reach out to their bank directly. Alternatively, a recovery attempt can be initiated by us, and as soon as the receiver bank confirms they're willing to correct the mistake, the funds will be returned.

If the recipient bank doesn't agree to collaborate, we won't be able to get the funds back.
