Why is my card transfer still pending?

Pending card transfer

When your card transfer is pending, it simply means that it's being reviewed, which can take additional time.

If the transfer remains pending for 48 hours, it'll be automatically cancelled and funds will be returned to your account.

To check the status of your instant card transfer:

If you're on the new app interface:

Go to 'Transfers' on the main menu → open 'Past' tab → select your transfer.

If you're not on the new app interface:

Go to 'Home' on the main menu → 'See all' transactions → select your transaction.
