Getting an update on an everyday protection claim

Revolut doesn't have access to your claim and can't confirm your eligibility for cover. You’ll need to contact Qover directly to check up on an existing claim.

If you have an ongoing claim with Qover

Contact Qover using this link, or find their claims contact details by following these steps:

  • Tap this link or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'insurance'
  • Then, select ‘Purchase’ and tap 'Claim'
