How can I file a complaint?
We put our customers at the core of everything we do and always aim to bring you the best experience possible. However, if you're ever unhappy with the level of service we’ve provided or an experience you’ve had with one of our products, we want to hear from you and try to make things right.
You can submit a complaint via our online complaint form, by sending details of your complaint to formalcomplaints@revolut.com, or by post to our registered address (8 Szervita tér, Budapest H-1052). You may also submit your complaint using the Hungarian National Bank's official complaint form.
You can also submit your complaint by phone (contact us at the number +36 (1) 234 4590) or in-person at a location designated by our partner, United Call Centers (more information in this link).
Information to include in your complaint:
- Your name and surname
- The phone number and email address associated with your account
- An explanation of the problem
- The date when the problem started
- Your preferred resolution for the problem
Revolut Bank UAB will operationalise its Hungarian branch in 2026, called Revolut Bank UAB Hungarian Branch. The migration of the Hungarian customer portfolio is part of this process, from Revolut Bank UAB (Lithuanian entity) to the local branch, Revolut Bank UAB Hungarian Branch.

The resolution time to resolve a complaint may differ depending on the company providing the product or service and the nature of the complaint.

Escalating your complaint externally
If you're still unhappy with the resolution, you can get in touch with the relevant authority. This authority may vary depending on which Revolut entity provides you with the product or service your complaint relates to. If you're a customer of the Revolut Bank UAB Hungarian Branch, you can refer your complaint to local external dispute resolution authorities, such as: Financial Arbitration Board (PBT) or National Bank of Hungary (MNB). For detailed information on the authorities, refer to our Complaints Policy.
