How can I change my personal or vehicle details?
It’s important to ensure that your insurance policy details are updated immediately if any of the answers or information you provided in your statement of fact are inaccurate or have changed in any way.
To replace your vehicle or add a named driver to your policy in-app:
- Tap this link or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'Car insurance'
- Then, select 'Car insurance'
- Go to your policy, then go to 'Manage'
- Follow the instructions to update your details and tap 'Confirm changes'
Making other changes
If you need to change any other details on your policy, make a temporary change, or are having difficulty making a change to your policy in-app, use this form.
Not all changes to your policy are possible. Insurers determine whether the changes contain risk within underwriting acceptance criteria (which is based on many factors) and some changes may not be eligible for cover with Revolut Car Insurance.
If the change is necessary but we can’t implement it, you may cancel your policy or contact us for help.
Smart Driving policies
If you have a Smart Driving policy and permanently change the vehicle on your policy using the app, ensure that you unplug the Smart Driving device from the old car and reinstall it in the new one by following the provided installation instructions.
