Can I make changes to my policy details when I renew?
For policies renewing before 1 August 2026
It's important to make sure your details are accurate when renewing for another year of our car insurance.
Read your Statement of Fact together with your Policy Schedule carefully, and check that all information is correct. If anything is incorrect on either document, let us know immediately.
If you don't make sure the information is correct and keep it up to date, your policy cover is not guaranteed. You may also encounter problems such as a change in cover or premium, an invalid or cancelled policy, reduced or declined claim payment, or difficulty securing car insurance in the future.
You can check your policy in-app:
- Tap this link or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'Car insurance'
- Then, select 'Car insurance'
- Go to your policy and tap 'Go to renewal'
To apply changes, tap 'Edit application' when viewing your renewal offer in-app. Once you have applied the necessary changes, tap 'Save' and your renewal quote will be reviewed and updated as required.
Remember, any changes applied to your renewal will only begin on the start date of your renewal policy. To apply for an immediate change to your cover, you’ll need to make a change to your existing car insurance policy. To learn more, go to this FAQ.
For policies renewing after 1 August 2026
If your renewal date falls after 1 August 2026 you will not be able to renew your policy with Revolut. Instead, our insurance partner, AIG, will contact you directly with your upcoming renewal invitation.
More information is available on this page if you have further questions.
