Do I have to pay for the device?

The Smart Driving device is included with your policy. If you experience issues with your device, we'll replace it free of charge.

Does the device work with all cars?

The Smart Driving device is compatible with all cars that have a 12V socket (cigarette lighter).

Can you use an old device on a new car insurance policy?

The Smart Driving device is not transferable from one insurance policy to another. If you purchase a new smart driving policy, we'll provide a new device to be paired with the new policy. The new device must remain activated throughout the new policy period.

What do I do with my device if I cancel my policy?

If you cancel your policy with Revolut, you should mail the device along with your Certificate and Disc to: Revolut Insurance c/o Sedgwick, Merrion Hall, Strand Road, Sandymount, Dublin 4, Ireland.
