What happens if I unplug my Smart Driving device?

You must have your Smart Driving dongle device plugged in and active at all times. This rule applies to both comprehensive and third-party fire and theft plans.

If your device is kept unplugged, and you have comprehensive cover, you'll lose accidental damage cover and may face policy cancellation.

If you can't reactivate your device by the date specified to you in our communications, request live support by typing 'Live agent' in our in-app chat.
