What should I do if I have an issue with my Smart Driving device?

Follow the installation steps again and ensure your car's engine is on.

Then, check that the device is fitted securely into the 12V socket and isn't loose. The LED light will blink green on the device for a few seconds, indicating that it's been activated (the green light will appear on your device until the activation configuration has downloaded, which can take up to a minute. The light will turn off once the download is complete).

You can check whether your device has power by pressing the button between the LED lights until a green light appears and a buzzer sounds. If you don't see the green light or hear the buzzer, there may be an issue with your device.

Your Revolut app will reflect the device status as “active” within 24 hours from activation.
