My Smart Driving device hasn't been delivered

Devices are shipped to you on your policy start date, and usually arrive within 7 to 10 days. If your device hasn't arrived, check the tracking information shared with you in-app:

  • Tap this link or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • In the search bar at the top, search for 'Car insurance' and select it
  • Go to your policy and tap 'Smart Driving device'
  • Review the delivery details
  • If that doesn't help, request live support by typing 'live agent' in the in-app chat

If you weren't able to accept the delivery, the courier may leave your package in a safe place or drop a card through your letterbox with further details. You may also need to collect the device from your local sorting office, so it's important to check the tracking information to see where it is.
