If you have the Premium or Metal plan, your travel insurance covers trip cancellations if your trip is eligible and the cancellation reason is covered by the policy's T&Cs.

Cover is available for non-refundable costs and cancellation fees up to €5,000 per insured person.

If your trip is interrupted for a reason covered by the T&Cs, such as an injury or illness, you can submit a claim for:

• Unused trip costs up to €5,000
• Emergency accommodation up to €1,000
• The cost of an economy-class ticket

• You fail to obtain required passports, visas, or travel documents
• You change your mind or can't afford the trip
• You can recover the costs from any other source, including if you're refunded with a voucher
• You travel to sanctioned countries or against government advice
