How to add money with a card
Add money with a card
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap Add money
- Enter the amount
- Under the amount, choose debit or credit card depending on the card you’re using to top up
- Follow the prompts and tap 'Add money securely'
You can only add funds to your INR account using debit and credit cards issued in India.
Common reasons for failed card deposits
- Issuer decline: your card issuer has declined the transaction based on one of its internal rules, such as exceeding certain limits
- 3D Secure (3DS) errors: you didn't authenticate the deposit with your card issuer, usually via a notification in its app or with a one-time password via text message
For more help, go to your transactions list and tap the deposit you need help with. It will be visible even if it has failed.
