Why can’t my team members log in to their account?

If a team member’s having trouble logging into their Revolut Business account, they should try the following:  

  • Reset password (web) or passcode (mobile app)
  • Set browser to incognito or private mode before logging in
  • Clear browser cache and enable pop-ups
  • Try a different browser

It’s also worth confirming they’ve downloaded the Revolut Business app (black icon) rather than the personal Revolut app (white icon). If they've downloaded Revolut Business, they may need to update or reinstall it. 

If they’ve recently changed their phone number, they’ll need to contact our support team to update the number on their account.
